Go east once you get to Lakeshore Avenue, and that\u2019s where you\u2019ll find the beauty that is Trestle Glen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The homes alone are a sight to see, created in just about every style you can imagine, from Spanish to craftsman. Most people living in Trestle Glen are homeowners, and if you hope to add your name to that list, expect to pay a median home value of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.niche.com\/places-to-live\/n\/trestle-glen-oakland-ca\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">$1,207,816<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. It\u2019s less than 2 miles from the school when you take Claremont Avenue, making it easy to get there fast at multiple times of the day if you need to for school or work.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nearly <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.niche.com\/places-to-live\/n\/claremont-oakland-ca\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9 of 10 people<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> who live in Claremont are homeowners, but rest assured that there are plenty of places to rent there, too.
