The area is a bit older but has recently become an Atlanta hot-spot, with new businesses moving in the area, like Monday Night\u2019s second location. All these new perks plus the cheaper <a href=\"https:\/\/www.getbellhops.com\/blog\/what-is-the-cost-of-living-in-atlanta\/\">cost of living<\/a> is starting to catch attention, and people are moving in fast.<\/p>\r\n<p>\n\n\n\n<\/p>\r\n<p>The West End and Adair Park area is very close to Mercedes Benz Stadium, so people pack in when the Falcons play or a big entertainer comes in town (Taylor Swift, for example, played here last year). But the area clears out again, and residents enjoy being somewhat removed from the chaos of the city. At first blush, the area might come across as somewhat rough around the edges.
